PRECISION operations are conducted from Houston, Texas USA. Standard shipping is 3-6 business days. In-stock items are fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days from when the order is placed. We are NOT 24/7 shipping operations and do not ship on weekends. If expedited shipping is selected, this ONLY expedites the shipping, not the pick and pack. Priority or Express delivery options refer to when the item leaves our warehouse. For instance, you order at 8 pm on Thursday night it will go out on Friday, and be delivered the next business day, Monday. Please take that into consideration when selecting the shipping service. We do not guarantee shipping delivery times, these are the responsibility of the carrier. Exchanges and/or Cancellations accepted prior to an order being shipped. No Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations after your order has been shipped.

Undeliverable/Insufficient Addresses

We are not responsible for shipping charges when orders are returned due to undeliverable addresses. After the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued. All shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted. Before placing an order please check to make sure you are using the correct address.
